POC™ Vision

The vision of Practitioner of Change™ is simple…to repeatedly deliver “a learning journey…beyond the words”. So far, it’s worked. POC™ is transformational; it strengthens you as an individual practitioner and it builds significant internal capability in your organization; building the capability from within.

It’s designed to:

  • Bring applied, deep learning into the workplace to increase individual and organizational effectiveness through a community-based, extended, learning process.
  • Build depth in the individual and collective knowledge and application of organization development and improvement practices.

The Practitioner of Change™ is an integrated approach to learning that weaves theory and practice right into the learning community. “POCers” complete pre-reading and pre-work, participate actively in core sessions and design and implement an action team applied learning project.
